New Automated Baling Line

Early 2019 Swantech upgraded its semi-automated shavings baling line to a new full automated line complete with `form fill and seal` wrapping technologies. The wood waste residue `shavings` are air extracted from the moulding machinery and as part of a sealed system are delivered swiftly to the new baling plant. The capacity of the new Bale-Pak BP120 baler can produce 1500 bales in single 8hr shift.
