Martin Flower - Managing Director

Martin has degrees in Engineering Surveying and Construction Management, his 25 years service in the construction industry has allowed him to understand the challenges of owning and operating an SME organisation along with balancing customer expectations. Martin believes the most important skill of a manager is that of listening, understanding your customers and staff are fundamental aspects of any business. Ensuring that all customers enjoy a `Great Customer` experience when they trade with us is a key message throughout the team.

Megan Greaves – Finance Manager

Megan has worked her way through the accountancy sector, Megan recently passed her final ACCA accountancy exams after 8 years of dedicated and independent study. Her ability to galvanise the team through effective communication and robust process management has seen her thrive within the organisation. Megan has overseen and implemented significant changes to our in-house operating system that has improved our stock management for both Swantech and all of our customers with the ability to provide customers with stock schedules within a few seconds.

Marcin Ciborowski – Mill Production Manager

Marcin joined Swantech as a young enthusiastic mechanical engineer where his commitment and dedication to his roles was quickly recognised, the business subsequently sponsored Marcin to study at Leeds College of Building, his qualifications as a wood machinist and sawyer have been a huge asset to the business. Marcin has worked his way through our business over the past 10 years and now our Mill Production Manager controlling our 25 strong production team.
